Pizza is a beloved food worldwide, and one of the key elements to enjoying a delicious pizza is how it is cut. While some may argue that the way a pizza is cut doesn’t affect its taste, others believe the proper cutting method can enhance the overall pizza experience. Various pizza cutters are available on the market, each with unique features and benefits. In this blog, we will explore and test four different types of pizza cutters and determine which works best for slicing that perfect piece of pizza.

Supreme Pizza Cut-It™

This is the first pizza cutter that I tested. This product disassembles easily for washing, is top-rack dishwasher safe, and is FDA-compliant. You can also get your logo printed on the side of the handle. However, this product is made of plastic and is on the least expensive side of the spectrum. When I tested this pizza cutter, it did not work that well. It just moved the cheese around, and I had to forcefully push it down to get it to somewhat cut anything. I ended up rating this product a 1 out of 10 since cutting into the pizza took so much effort and made the experience less enjoyable.

Pizza Cutter

This is the second pizza cutter I tested. This product is handwash only, CPSIA and Prop 65 compliant, and meets FDA requirements. However, this item is also made from Polypropylene and is on the least expensive side of the spectrum. This pizza cutter worked better than the previous one, but it was still not the greatest. It was a bit easier to hold due to the more extended handle, but the blade isn’t that sharp since it is made from plastic. I rated this pizza cutter a 3 out of 10 since I could cut the pizza, but I could barely cut the crust.

Bamboo Pizza Cutter with Stainless Steel Blade

The third pizza cutter I tested was better than the previous ones. This product is eco-friendly since it is made from bamboo. It also features a stainless-steel blade, is hand wash only, and meets FDA requirements. I gave this product a 4 out of 10 because it was still difficult to cut, but the stainless-steel blade made it easier than the plastic blade the previous two cutters had. The smaller handle also makes it more challenging to hold, so I gave it a lower rating.

Joseph Joseph® Ringo™ Easy-clean Red Pizza Cutter

The last pizza cutter I tested was the best of all of them. It features a stainless-steel blade, an ergonomic handle, and a removable blade that can be cleaned easily. It is also dishwasher-safe and BPA-free. I gave this product an 8 out of 10 because, overall, it worked well. I cut the pizza without much effort, and it was easy to hold due to the long and sturdy handle. It was the most expensive out of all the cutters I tried, but I think getting a pizza cutter that works well is worth it. You can also customize it with your logo printed on the handle.

In conclusion, the most expensive pizza cutter was the one that worked the best, with the sturdy handle and the sharp stainless-steel blade. This helped to cut the pizza without much effort and helped my experience to be more enjoyable. Feel free to experiment with different types of pizza cutters to find the one that works best for you – you can even customize them with your own logo!
