Today, everything is available at people’s fingertips, from food and groceries to cars, school, and work. No matter what you need, you can find it online. If you own or manage a multifamily building, you know that tenants want to experience what it is like to live within your community. We have some great ways to showcase your offerings.

3D Floor Plans

Make your flat two-dimensional floor plans come to life with an authentic 3D look and feel. We work with our clients to give your floor plans a birds-eye view with true tones and textures to the real thing. All you need to provide are 2D units with dimensions and some images of the unit interiors. We will use them to select flooring types and furniture to build your 3D floor plan experience.

Location Photography

Nothing paints a picture like real photographs. Potential residents and tenants can see right through stock photography. That is why we recommend having a photography session at your community. Capturing the units, amenities, and exteriors helps qualify your location for prospects before they’ve even stepped foot on the grounds, therefore saving you and them time.

Virtual Staging

You have a vacant unit and need to list it online, but the empty space doesn’t quite put it into perspective for the viewer – not to mention time is of the essence. When the listing needs to be pushed out to ILS sites yesterday, the idea of getting modern furniture to fill the space will take too long. It is the perfect time for Virtual Staging. Provide a photograph of the vacant space, and we fill it with modern furniture and décor. The results are beautiful, and you never have to worry about an unmade bed or messy tabletop.

Showcase Videos

These videos are a compilation of location photography, video, music, text, and your brand to tell the story of what it is like in your community. They promote an experience overall and showcase the property amenities and units. When everyone is still staying 6 feet apart, these are a great way to give your potential residents and tenants a sneak peek at your community and see if it relates to their expectations.

Matterport 360° Virtual Tours

With tenants coming from all over the world or if they would rather avoid leaving their homes these days, having 360° virtual tours is the way to go. These tours allow your prospects to explore the actual space and “walk through” without being there in person. Our clients find these extremely useful for student housing when renters may often sign a lease sight unseen. It is great to have a tour available of every unit type so you are always prepared to give your prospective residents a tour. Also, consider having your fitness center or other amenities captured in 360° virtual tours.

Having these virtual experiences available for prospective residents helps them by experiencing your community from afar and seeing if it meets their expectations. Having these offerings available to renters will ultimately have an impact on their decision to rent. It may also save your leasing managers or agents time by reducing in-person showings.
